Point Solutions
Point Solution refers to event based focused hiring services. The Client must provide
the Requirement Specifications Form including Job Description
Based on the above inputs, our Consultants shall exploit their Channel and Database
to find the right candidate for you. These Candidates are then run through internal
assessment for suitability checks and then the CV are shared with the Client/Client
nominated executive for further interviews. Our services Concludes with the submis-
sion of Offer Letter and receiving the Acceptance, along with the resignation letters.
In case the Candidate drops out before the joining date, then DGTRA will find a suit-
able replacement candidate at no additional cost to the Client.

Strategic Enterprise Solution
Under this offering, we become the extended HR team for our client who handles and
take care of the entire Talent Acquisition Process. We strategically get engaged to
look at annual growth targets, resource pools, risks and other parameters. This Ser-
vices is given highest priority in business response terms. The engagement model
here includes a retainers fees as a part of the continuous engagement program and
milestone based fee which can be mutually discussed with the client.

Offshore Resourcing Solution
Here, we help our client in the identified international regions with building up a
global resourcing strategy. We not only support by provide onsite placement of
candidates but also partner our client in building up a strategic resource base in
India. He help our customer exploit the wage arbitrage and skill arbitrage to gen-
erate highest levels of operational efficiency and margins.
