Figure shows, that Faculty members of the College continually seek professional
development. Fifty percent (50%) of the faculty members are CISCO certified.
Furthermore all Faculty Members continuously attended webinars to keep
abreast on their respective field of expertise. The whole CCS Faculty completed
1,609 total training hours combined with which 535 hours are International
trainings, 380 hours are National level trainings, and 432 hours are Regional
level trainings and 263 hours are spent for Local-based trainings. Out of
these trainings completed by the faculty, 53.59% are spent in Pedagogy cum
Flexible Learning-related, 13.50% are Research related trainings and 32.91%
are ICT related trainings. Please see infographics below.
Copyrighted books of Dr. Mendoza in the National Library
Dr. Regina B. Mendoza was able to publish a book on the National Library of the
Philippines and have it registered its Copyrights. The said three (3) books entitled
“Traditional Ecological Knowledge and Practices: A strategy to understand
Conservation of a Heritage Site”, “The need for a Culturally Sound Approach in the
Preservation of Ifugao World Heritage Site” and lastly, “Convergence Framework
for the Conservation of the Ifugao Heritage”. The said books were a great
contributions of the author on the conservation of the World heritage site like
the Banaue Rice Terraces located in the Province of Ifugao.
