Length of Service Incentive (Longevity Award)

This is given to faculty member who has rendered at least three (3) years of
continuous very satisfactory service in a particular position. This incentive shall
consist of salary step increments in accordance with the provisions of Joint CSM-
DBM Circular No. 1 s. of 1990.
