V. PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES

A. Seminars and Trainings

By the authority of the University President, the access, processing and
utilization of resources for each of the following aspects of the faculty
development, the focal persons do their duties and responsibilities to be able
to provide necessary services and measures for all the aspects of the
professional development program.

Faculty Development is both a responsibility and privilege of the faculty
members by virtue of their profession. Ifugao State University has always
been supportive to this privilege of its faculty by ensuring their access to
special avenues and opportunities. On the availment of seminars and
trainings, there are guidelines that can be found in the IFSU Code. Through
these guidelines, a faculty can process easily the participation and conduct
of seminars and trainings.

Information or any circulars are available at the office of the President
and Vice President for Academic Affairs. These are being transmitted to the
concerned deans and faculty for the processing of documents pertinent to
the request of funds for travel or communication to attend to invitational

seminar. The availability of membership communication updates from the
professional organizations and the CMO from CHED
