The Ballard Pier Heritage Sub-Precinct to its original look and feel with a concept inspired by the
BPCL logo and incorporation of Yin and Yang used as metaphors and symbolism. The project
traits evidently in the Ballard Pier Heritage Sub-Precinct within the larger Fort Heritage Precinct
of Mumbai. Build features of spaces include a wonderful blend of cladded marble with an opening
unified in Art Deco style and accents. All these buildings share gradation with their flair and
philosophy.
