A. INTRODUCTION
                      1.  Short Description

                                In  this  teaching  material,  we  will  discuss  how  to  self-introduction  in

                         English. There are two types of self-introduction, namely introducing oneself and
                         introducing others to new people. In self-introduction, some general information

                         is needed, including name, age, occupation, address, hobbies, and favorites. This

                         teaching  material  will  discuss  the  meaning,  language  expressions  used,  and
                         examples of two types of self-introduction (introducing oneself and others).

                      2.  Relevance
                                This  Teaching  Material  contains  material  about  self-introduction,

                         introducing oneself and others to new people. All information that is important or
                         needed in self-introduction to make other people know new people. After studying

                         this module, students are expected to be able to understand and understand how

                         to properly introduce oneself and others to new people.
                      3.  Study Guide

                                The  learning  objectives  of  this  Teaching  Material  are  for  students  to
                         understand  social  functions,  text  structures,  and  linguistic  elements  in  self-

                         introduction expressions, as well as their responses, according to the context of
                         their use. Below are study guides for studying this module:

                             1)  Understand  each  component  of  teaching  materials  from  the  initial

                                  component to the end.
                             2)  Understand the main and supporting material by reading and interpreting

                                  it.

                             3)  Read various other learning resources that are relevant to the material
                                  being studied.

                             4)  Discuss  reading  results  in  discussion  forums  through  online  facilities
                                  with other participants and instructors.

                             5)  Doing each assignment independently and formative tests through online
                                  facilities.

                             6)  Practice the knowledge gained from the learning process into everyday

                                  learning practices and reflect on it.
