Table - A Timeline of key events
Phase of care: Admission and initial management (approximately the first 24 hours)
• Mention the status of the patient at admission include - but not limited to-: symptoms, signs and vital signs
Date & Time including the invasive mechanical ventilation settings if applicable (FiO2, PEEP)
• Always write the date & time of the key event (e.g. interventions, investigations and medications)
• Always write the RESPONSE of the clinician to the key event in separate line and include the date & time
