Regular eye examinations can not only determine your need for corrective eyewear but also may detect general health problems in their earliest stages. Protection for the eyes should be a priority for everyone.
No need for an ID card. To take advantage
of your VSP Vision Benefit, simply contact a VSP provider and let them know you have VSP coverage – they handle the paperwork for you.
VSP is accepted at major retails such as: Costco, Cohens, Pearl Vision, and Vision Works.
LASER VISIONCARE PROGRAM
Discounts average 15 -20% or 5% off a promotional offer for laser surgery. Simply confirm that you’re VSP doctor is a Laser VisionCare doctor. They will then coordinate your surgery with a VSP-contracted Laser Vision Center.
ID CARD IS NOT REQUIRED FOR SERVICES
