The Dent Wizard International Savings and Retirement Plan is a valuable benefit offered to help you to plan and save for your retirement. The Plan is offered to employees through MassMutual Financial Group, and allows for online management of your account along with access to assistance, tools and resources.
You are automatically enrolled at 3% after 90 days of employment. You can make investment or deferral changes, update beneficiary elections and access the tools and resources by contacting MassMutual directly at 1-800-743-5274 (8 am to 9 pm ET) or by logging in to your account at www.retiresmart.com.
To view your retirement savings account on your smartphone, visit your phone’s app store and download the “MassMutual” or “RetireSmart” app.
