Long-Term Disability Insurance
Administered by Reliance Standard
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance provides income security to all active, full-time employees. To receive LTD benefits, you must be out of work longer than
6 months and unable to work due to illness or disability. Dent Wizard provides all benefit eligible employees with LTD coverage of 60% of annual pay up to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000 at no cost.
You can elect a larger benefit for Long-Term Disability. For an additional cost you can buy-up to 70% of your annual pay to a maximum monthly benefit of $15,000.
