In network preventive care services are covered at 100% for you and your eligible dependents (no co-pay or deductible applies). Annual physicals, vaccinations and screenings are just some examples of preventive care.
HRA (HEALTHFUND) PLAN $1,500
Dent Wizard partners with Aetna to offer the HRA HealthFund Plan.
• The High Deductible Healthfund (HRA) Plan is designed to provide medical insurance with the lowest possible premiums each month. Dent Wizard helps you meet your deductible by depositing funds into your HealthFund (HRA). Funds are available on the first day of coverage and apply to the annual deductible. Any unused HRA funds roll over for your use next year.
How does this work?
• You do not pay anything at the time of service at an Aetna provider. You present your ID card and your provider submits the claim to Aetna for processing. Aetna will use any funds from your HRA first, then you will pay part of the balance after meeting your deductible. There are no copays for office visits.
