Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides nancial security for the people who depend on you. Your bene ciaries will receive
a lump-sum payment if you die while employed by IPSoft, Inc.
The company provides basic life insurance for all full- time employees in the amount of 100% of your annual salary, to a maximum of $150,000, with a minimum

amount of $5,000. Your basic life coverage includes accidental death & dismemberment coverage equal to one times the employees life bene ts.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance provides payment to you or your bene ciaries if you lose a limb or die in an accident. IPSoft, Inc. provides AD&D coverage of an amount matching your employer-paid life insurance. This coverage is in addition to your company- paid life insurance described above and is provided at no cost to you.
