Paid Time Off (PTO)
IPsoft offers paid vacation, sick and personal time to bene ts eligible employees. Vacation allowance for Support staff is 15 days, increased by 1 day per year served to a maximum of 20 days. Operational staff will receive 20 days allowance, increased 1 day per year served to a maximum of 25 days.
All employees must schedule and receive approval from his/her manager prior to receiving paid time off. When a federal and/or state mandated policy excuses an employee from reporting to work, employees must effectively manage their job responsibilities and balance paid time off with their job duties.
