Regular Deferral Contribution Limits
You can contribute between 1% and 90% of your eligible pre-tax earnings to the plan, up to the annual IRS maximum.
Eligibility
• Must be 21 years and older with 6 months of employment
• Participation may begin on the first month after 6 months of employment
IRS 2022 Maximum Contribution
• Contribution limit for 2022 is $19,500
• If you are age 50 or older, you can make an additional catch-up
contribution up to $6,500
401(k) Plan Match
• SKECHERS has elected to make matching contributions to all eligible Participants in an amount equal to 100% of the first three percent of your eligible compensation, and 50% of the next two percent of your eligible compensation, contributed to the Plan as Deferral Contributions.
• 100% vested in safe harbor matching employer contribution and any earnings there on
401(k) Plan Loans
You are able to get a loan from $1,000 up to half of your vested balance (or IRS limits if lower) at Prime plus 1% for up to 5 years.
401(k) Enrollment
• Set up your account as early as 2 weeks from date of hire. Deferrals will be withheld as early as the first check after completing 6 months of employment and reaching 21 years of age.
• If you have previously registered with Fidelity.com, NetBenefits®, or eWorkplace® for a different employer plan, you do not need to register again. Use your existing username and password to access your new account.
401(k) Enrollment Instructions
• Go to www.fidelity.com
• Click Profile at the top of the screen
• Click Register Now
• Create Username and Password and follow the New User Registration.
• Log in and click Quick Links and click contribution amount to change or enter you new per check contribution.
