TIME-OFF
All regularly hired Skechers full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits once they have met each eligibility requirement.
VACATION TIME
You must submit time off using the SkechForce@skechers.com System.
All regular full-time employees with less than five (5) years of continuous service receive eighty (80) hours of vacation per year. These hours are accrued, or “earned,” on a prorated per-pay-period basis. Each pay period of active employment, employees earn 3.08 hours of vacation. Any unused vacation hours will carry over from year to year. However, the maximum number of hours an employee can have in his/her “vacation time bank” is 160 hours.
All regular full-time employees with more than five (5) years of continuous service receive 120 hours of vacation per year. These hours are accrued, or ‘earned’, on a prorated, per-pay-period basis at the rate of 4.62 hours per period of active employment. Any unused
vacation hours will carry over from year to year. The maximum number of hours an employee can have in his/her “vacation time bank” is 240 hours.
