Hand Selection
• Select 3 - 5 potential wellbeing champions
• Seek manager approval
• Send *Wellbeing Committee Member Invitation
• Set Deadline for intent to join committee.
• Con rm members
• Sign *Champion Commitment Letter
• Determine method of communication (letter sent home with paycheck, posters, yers, e-mail)
• Communication should include roles and responsibilities, quali cations, and purpose of committee. Also include contact information for interested employees and deadline.
• Set Deadline for intent to join committee

• Set Deadline to obtain *approval from employee managers; employee signs *Champion Commitment Letter

Selection Methods
There are two selection methods that can be used when choosing a Wellbeing Champion. Each method has its advantages and knowing the advantages of each can help you determine which method is best for you.
Hand Selection
Do you have a few employees in mind that would make great Wellbeing Champions? Do they possess the qualities that would make them a good t for your Wellbeing team? Hand- selecting your Wellbeing Champion is a powerful statement. It demonstrates that you value the employee and you believe they have the potential to affect positive change among their peers.
Passionate. Collaborators. Energizers. These folks are super special and can be a driving force within your Wellbeing team. Their willingness to step forward for the good of others is a strength that every team needs and should be treasured.
