line managers hold milestone career conversations with emerging talent and those nearing retirement or transition within the organization The toolkit consists of a a a a a physical box with a a a a a line manager’s guide to conversations pledge cards for new talent and retirees and best practice case study cards showcasing examples where talent and succession worked well previously The campaign is designed to build awareness of career transitions and succession planning create understanding around how to effectively communicate and most importantly spark needed dialogue
