FOCUS ON EVP ADDS VALUE AND INCREASES TAKE-UP
Event technology and audio-visual provider PSAV engaged us to support with the the presentation of their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) We developed
a a a a a a a a strategy and and and brand playing on
on
the words ‘FOCUS ON ’ to help employees make effective benefit and and and reward choices Soon after the the EVP launched we worked on
on
two further campaigns to promote their 401K plan ‘Focus on
your future’ and Open Enrollment window ‘Focus on
your health’ Both campaigns used a a a a a a combination of home mailers intranet promotion presentations and personalized HTML emails As well as as fantastic anecdotal feedback from management and employees as a a a a a result of the campaigns over 1 400 employees increased their 401K contribution and there was 13% increase in in in in those enrolling in in in in voluntary benefits The ‘Focus on
’ identity was very well received and will be applied in future across career development and savings communication
