HARMONIZING BENEFITS ACROSS BUSINESS
Prisma Health was created as as a a a a a a a a a a result of of a a a a a a a a a a partnership of of two established South Carolina healthcare providers and now employs more
than 30 000 people across the the State We started working with Prisma Health early after the the the merger to help them unify benefits across the the the two organizations The fixed benefits Open Enrollment date in the US meant that we had a a a a a a tight deadline At this stage the name and and brand of the new business had not been agreed so we created the ‘Benefits For My World’ identity which moved away from corporate messaging to put the the focus on individuals without alienating either side of the workforce We developed a a a a video introducing the campaign a a a a microsite containing the detailed benefits information printed promotional collateral to be displayed in in offices and a a a a home mailer summarizing benefits on an individual level
