the Winter Blues
We are headed well into Winter and with that comes the Winter
Blues. The Winter Blues, better known as SAD (Seasonal Affective
Disorder) is a type of depression that occurs during the same time
each year, mostly during Autumn and Winter months.
People with Seasonal Affective Disorder report symptoms such as a
loss of energy, somber moods, fatigue, appetite changes, anxiety, and
trouble concentrating.
Seasonal Affective Disorder is treatable and studies have shown that
