Whether you walk, jog, play a sport or go to gym, moving and
exercise secretes endorphins which assist with reducing stress
levels. You also get tter, stronger and leaner, reducing weight and
any weight-related problems.
Drink more water
Keep hydrated throughout the day. Increased water consumption
can reduce headaches and fatigue.
Reduce your use of plastic
Plastic, and more speci cally plastic bottles made of petroleum
waste, are harmful to the environment.
Eat healthy foods
Try to consume foods which are produced through natural
methods and not through harmful fertilization techniques.
Do good deeds
Focus on trying to change others’ lives through doing good deeds as
regularly as you can. By focusing on making the world a better place
for others, you will notice what a better place your world will
become.
Enjoy a family meal
Plan to have a meal with your loved ones where there are no
distractions like TV, cell phones or laptops, and simply enjoy the
quality time together.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
Sleep is an important process for our body to regulate, repair and
heal. You will also be able to function better during the day if you get
enough quality sleep.
