Peppered Ranch Cream Cheese Ball
This recipe has been adored by many a guest chef attending my events.
They are pleasantly surprised when learning that it only contains three
ingredients. It can be served with most fruity or dry red or white wines.
Consider pairing with a white wine made from Gewurztraminer or Viognier
grapes. For reds, just pick your favorite grape, it’s all good.
The recipe’s origin is in memory of our Late Aunt Mart from Gulfport, Mississippi.
8 oz. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
1 (1 oz.) envelope (dry) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad
Dressing & Recipe Mix
McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper (Peppermill Grind)
Let the cream cheese soften slightly and combine in a bowl with
the dry Salad Dressing mix. Roll this mixture into a ball.
Place the Coarse Ground Black Pepper in a saucer and roll the
cream cheese ball around in the pepper until it is covered.
Serve with crackers.
