Over the past two years we’ve been conducting guest and employee sur- veys across all divisions with input from School Bus Drivers, Monitors, Dispatch- ers, Patient Transfer Attendants, Call Centre Agents, absolutely everyone, even our guests and clients.
We’re trying to learn how we can do better, serve you better, build a better place to work and to be a better place for our students, patients, and riders to ride on.
One of the most important learnings we found is discovering just how much our em- ployees care for those in their responsibility, and how much respect you all have for one another. And all these Care attributes are getting noticed.
Over 80% of our PTS partners and Patients rated their most recent experience as Very to Completely Satisfied in an on-going perform- ance survey.
We Have Experienced Drivers
Our school bus drivers are among the most skilled and experienced in the industry. Over 60% of our team have been driving a school bus for more than 3 years, and over 35% have more than 6 years driving experience.
All this experience leads to improved safety records and industry leading performance.
