What are your favourite corporate cultures?
SG; My favourite corporate cultures are ones that live by what they say they want to be. Many organizations have different cultures based on the type of business they are in. For me, an organization that lives by the culture they want are my favourite. You can’t just have a mission, vision and values statement that you don’t pay attention to. You need to keep these front of mind when making business de- cisions to ensure they align with your values
and culture you are trying to build.

Anything further to add?
SG; I think what is important for companies and for Voyago to keep in mind is that from time to time your culture may need to shift and evolve. As a company evolves and goes through growth its important to continue to review and adjust what’s important to us as an organization and continue to communicate it at all levels in the organization.
