        Haapy Holidays! Thank you being patient during our time of transition. We are happy to provide
        you with this issue of Elite Investigative Journal.


        This issue is our Holiday issue which features Marquis Burnett  who is an inspiring person that
        proved that you can overcome any obstacles that you are faced with even when no one believes
        in you.  He graces our cover as a successful man who is dedicating his life to changing the lives of
        others.  In his story he describes how a  bad decision led to 10 years of incarceration and the
        toll that it took on his life and the lives of his family.  After his release Marquis  worked very
        hard to rebuild his life and has done  an excellent job to  become an Ex-con Turned Entrprenuer.
