Adventure Training & Instructor
Courses
153 Rec Coy REME members have the opportunity to attend Adventure
Training (AT) with a wide variety of outdoor sports and pursuits. Locations for
these events take place in the United Kingdom, as well as other locations
throughout the world. Reservists are encouraged and paid to attend AT as it
helps develop new skills, encourages teamwork and pushes you outside of
your comfort zone.
Adventure Training requires a great deal of skill and quality instructors to
provide safe and fun learning environment for their students. Adventure
Training Instructor Courses for a wide range of activities, that are also civilian
certificated are available for the adventurous members of the Company.
Annual ski camps take place in Austria that all Company personnel are
encouraged to attend.
Numerous AT weekends are run by 102 Bn and often make up part of your
annual camp!
