In addition to the salaries of the library personnel holding a permanent
(item)position fringe benefits were granted personnel. This were in repose to
the growing importance of the non-wage compensation. Funds were allocated
from the government and the university. Various types of this benefits were
given to the employee in the university in respect to their needs and well-
being.
The table below shows the fringe benefits of the library personnel for
the past 3 calendar year.
