Access to electronic collections (e.g.: e-books, e-journals, internet
access)

The JHCSC Main is equipped with free WIFI internet connection for all. The
library also has collections of ebooks both purchased and free downloadables. Online

journals and other publications from the government agencies were also subscribed
and followed and prepared a list and save the links for easy access. In addition, as a

member of SUC (State Colleges and Universities), the library has available online
subscription provided by CHED in collaboration with the National Library and other

selected government agencies that provides research programs. Students and
faculty members are allowed to access the said materials using the JHCSC User Name

and Password. The list of ebooks and websites relevant for each program are made
available for easy access and retrieval. Provision of ejournal and other e-book

materials are given priority when needed and subject to availability of funds. An
internet access/ WIFI is also available at the library using the 15 computer units (12

for the students, 3 for the faculty) or their mobile phones.

Brief Description of Expected Outputs of the partnership

The library receives regular publication on both printed and online
resources, and also receives donations from other Government Agencies/
Institution. Linkages with other Institutions and funding agencies are explored
and established for purposes of enhancing library facilities.
