c.  In  Positive  Degree,  adjective  or  adverb  is  put  between  as  and  as.  It  indicates  no

                     comparison. It just tells us about the existence of a quality:
                     1.  My house is as big as your house

                     2.  Jakarta has been as good as Tokyo
                  d.  In comparative Degree, this compares two things to show which has the lesser or greater

                     degree of the quality:

                     1.  My father is older than my Lecturer
                     2.  The next exam will be more difficult than the last.

                  e.  In Superlative Degree, this compares more than two things to show which has the least
                     or greatest degree of the quality:

                     1.  Niel has been known as the longest river in the world

                     2.  This is the most expensive café I have ever booked.

                  Mike   : Ben, do you remember when we were kids? Who is taller?
                  Ben      : I do remember it. Of course I am taller than you.

                  Joana  : Is that true? I don’t think so, see this picture. It was our childhood. This is me and

                           that is you. Absolutely, I am taller than you. I am smarter than you and I am better
                           at playing soccer than you.

                  Ben     : That condition was when I was a kid. Now I am handsome, I am a captain of soccer
                           team at school, I am taller than you. Now is more important than past.

                  Joana : Justification never ends. You always beat what I say. It’s fine since you are my

                           younger brother. Please be my guardian forever.
                  Ben     : Don’t worry. I will always do that no matter what.

                  Joana : Thank you. My little big brother
