Doctor, my toddler just fell down the steps a few minutes ago. He
has a large cut on his forehead which is bleeding even though I am
holding pressure on it. He is very drowsy and doesn't respond when I
ask him a question. He also has a rash all over his face, but I don't
think that it is related to his fall. Should I come for stitches to your
office? Will you accept him without an appointment?

My baby has been getting progressively sicker over the past 2 days.
He seems more lethargic than usual. He also has been vomiting
several times a day with watery diarrhea. He is having trouble
keeping down his formula. I am worried that he might get
dehydrated. Do you think I can manage at home or will he need to go
to the emergency room for IV fluids.
