Please not that there is another possibility of producing the sounds
'O', 'OO', by using what we call the "stick / dot" combination.

‫ֹו‬The following combination (Kholam) coming after a letter (to the

left of it) produces the sound 'O' as in short.

The following combination (Shuruk) coming after a letter (to the

left of it) produces the sound 'OO' as in poor.

And, to complete the current 'chunk' of vowels, note the additional
common option to produce the 'EE' sound.
