                       Talking in Honkese

Avri Gilad says that there are three languages in Israel: Hebrew, Arabic
and Honkese. There aren’t many words in this language, and everyone
understands everything in it: there’s a short honk to wake you if you’re
sleeping at the traffic light, a long honk if you didn’t drive properly and a
honk to call someone to come down from (his) home. If you live near a
traffic light it’s no fun at all, there’s no night and day for you, drivers don’t
think that there are people asleep at six AM, or some that want to go to
sleep at night. Avri Gilad has an idea: put a box in every car that counts
honks. Everyone has two free honks a day, but if you honk more (you)
have to pay one NIS. What do you say, can this work?
