Vegan Friday
Nearly one million students attend public schools in New York. The
mayor of New York has decided that from now on students will only eat
vegan food on Fridays. [They] call it "Vegan Friday". Not all students are
enthusiastic about the new menu. They do not understand why [they] need
to replace the pizza and cheese with broccoli and apples. When [you] look
at the dishes they receive [you] can understand them. Is "Vegan Friday"
going to reach the entire United States? [We] don't know, but in the
meantime, New York still needs to work on the right recipe.
