Vardi Needs a New Home
Dan Vardi is a ninety nine year old holocaust survivor. Up until today he
lives in an old apartment, where it’s impossible to live. Vardi only leaves
home once a week because it’s hard for him to go down the stairs. Many
good people who want to help see his story on television. They ask if
(they) can cook or clean, and even host Vardi at their home. Minister
Galant sees Vardi’s story too and tells Amidar to find him a new home as
soon as possible. Today Vardi is happy because he’s getting a new
apartment, with a garden and an elevator.
