What About the Gas?
Prime Minister Netanyahu wants to pass the (natural) gas agreement in
court, but the judges decided today that they don’t approve the agreement
as it is. In the agreement it says that after (they) sign it, it wouldn’t be
possibly to change it for ten years, and in the judges’ opinion this hurts
democracy. Now the gas companies have to decide whether they change
the agreement, or pass on it. The ministers who support the agreement said
that the judges’ decision hurts the Israeli economy. Netanyahu now has
one year to figure out how he can solve this puzzle.
