The Down Side of the Kineret
It happened on the Pesach Hol HaMoed; three teenage boys who came to
spend time at the Lavnun beach on the Kineret, got into the water on a sea
mattress and drifted (away). Many people came to look for them and
couldn’t find them for a few days. After five days (they) found the bodies
of Liron Karadi, aged seventeed from Netanya, and Nahman Itah, aged
twenty from Betar Ilit, and on the sixth day (they) also found Itamar Ohana
– at a depth of twenty five meters. In this depth, you can’t see and have to
use special devices. Itamar Ohana’s family is very sad, they knew that
Itamar will no longer be alive, but were happy that the story came to its
end.
