New Order on the Road

After many years of talking about it, inspectors in Tel Aviv started to give out fines to (those) who
ride a bicycle, electric or regular, in a forbidden place. In streets where there’s a bicycle trail, but
riders ride on the sidewalk, they’ll get a fine. As of now, (those) who ride an electric bicycle have to
ride only on the road. Electric bicycle riders aren’t happy, because they say that riding on the road is
very dangerous, but there’s nothing to do, there’s no room for all of them on the sidewalk.
Inspectors will even give out fines to (those) who will talk on the phone while riding.
