Vegan Friday
There are nearly a million students in New York schools. The mayor
decides on "Vegan Friday" in the city's schools. This means students only
eat vegan food on Fridays. Not all students like the new menu. They do
not understand why [they] need to replace the pizza and cheese with
broccoli and apples. When you see the food they get you can understand
them.
