Israeli Sports in Abu Dhabi
The Israeli judoka can be proud of themselves, they come back from a
competition in Abu Dhabi with two medals: Tal Fliker who wins the gold
medal, and Gili Cohen who wins the bronze. Abu Dhabi and Israel aren’t
friends, and (we) can’t put the Israeli anthem or see the Israeli flag at the
competition. After Tal Fliker wins, he stands on the pdium and sings the
lyrics to the Israeli anthem, with a different tune in the background. This is
a very good day for Israeli judo.
