The Robot that Waits in Line
Nobody likes to wait on the phone in order to talk to the customer service operator.
Robohold - a new Israeli app - can possibly save us all time and nerves. Robi the robot
from the app calls the customer service, waits in line, and when your turn comes - the
phone rings. In Israel there’s also a new law that says that service operators have to
answer the phone within three minutes. Maybe the new law and Robi the robot can
help all of us wait less - as well as not get angry.
