But after the Palmach soldiers entered the monastery, they
realized that they’re only at mid-way. The enemy soldiers quickly
surrounded them from every direction and began shooting, and a
difficult shooting battle took place.
Many soldiers were wounded and killed, the ammunition ran out
and the Palmach soldiers realized that they’re in trouble. They
tried to call for help by using the communication device, the
Walkie Talkie, but the communication device decided exactly
then to stop working. The Palmach soldiers did not know whether
or not help was on its way…
