In One Minute
Twenty five teenagers from all over Israel came to a trip, some of them attend the Bnei Zion army
preparatory program in Tel Aviv, and some high-school seniors who planned to attend it next year.
At noon they started descending wadi Zafit, the skies were already gray. After a short while, the
rain started to come down, water flowed powerfully and carried ten young people away with it. This
is the biggest natural disaster Israel has had in the past years. After the disaster many teenagers from
all over Israel went out to light memorial candles in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and support each
other.
