Many people who come from Africa live in southern Tel Aviv. The
Israelis who live there don’t like this very much and want to deport them.
The court thinks that (we) can deport them to a country that wants to
accept them, but it doesn’t think that it’s humane to put them in prison
until this happens. The Israelis in southern Tel Aviv, as well as the Prime
Minister, are angry at what the court says.
