A Month of Shopping
The month of November has arrived. Thousands of Israelis and millions
around the world already have their finger on the keyboard, towards the
sales season. Adva’s whole closet arrived in packages. Anna is already
taking pictures of the products she purchased for Facebook groups, with
tips. The opening shot - at eleven eleven, the Chinese shopping day that
already last year surpassed the American Black Friday. At the same date
Google holds Shopping IL, the Israeli online shopping holiday: forty eight
hours of sales in three hundred Israeli businesses, and this time even cars
will be sold online. Sivan, an internet fashion label owner, took part in this
day a year ago, and since then has also opened a shop at (Dizengoff)
Center, following customers who discovered her. On November twenty
sixth will be Black Friday, and Cyber Monday will be on the following
Monday. By the end of November all of the sales days will be over, and
then we’ll have to wait another month, for the Christmas and end of season
sales.
