Wants to be Like Everyone Else
Gal is twenty one years old and he’s disabled. His mother writes a play
about his life because she wants to show healthy people Gal’s life, that
there’s both difficulty and humor in it. In real life Gal doesn’t let this get in
his way. He graduates school as a very good student, and works as an
English teacher. Gal believes that (they) should help people like him be a
part of the Israeli society, he just doesn’t like (it) when (they) pity him.
