Saving Food

There’s a special place in Haifa, which is much more than (just) another

regular restaurant – Robin Food. Robin Food has an ideology. Every
morning they go to the market in Haifa and collect fruits and vegetables

that the merchants think (they) should throw to the trash, either because

they’re not pretty, or because they need room for more fresh things. Robin
Food’s employees take these fruits and vegetables to the restaurant, and

make lunch out of them. Robin Food thinks that we don’t just buy too

much, we also throw too much away and (they) want to believe (they) can
change that.
