Tamar: Daniel tells Tamar about Shira
Daniel:
Tamar: Danny! Where were you?
Three guesses.
Daniel: I don’t know. At the bank? At the supermarket? On Ben
Tamar: Yehuda Street?
Daniel: Not there [that], not there and not there. I was on a date.
On a date?! With who?
Tamar: I was at a job interview today. The interview wasn’t
Daniel: good, but… the secretary was pretty and nice.
Tamar: You don’t say! How does she look?
She looks good.
Daniel: What’s good? Do I need to squeeze you? How does she
look?
Tamar: She’s not tall and not short, not skinny and not fat. She
has a small nose, green eyes, and long, black hair. And
Daniel: a smile that can drive you crazy.
What do you say. Well, I see it was a good idea to go
Tamar: for a job interview.
Daniel: Yeah… It was a good idea. I’m bummed that I don’t
have a job, but the date was excellent.
Tamar: Well, come on, what’s a job? A job is small change…
Daniel: Yeah, it really is small change. The salary in Israel is
Tamar: very low.
Yeah, that’s true. And now you need a high salary.

Because now you need to pay for her at the restaurant as
