The Secretary and the Mascara
Actor 1: Dana! Why are you speaking on your phone?
Actor 2: Why not?
Actor 1: Because you work here, you are my secretary; you
can’t speak on the phone!
Actor 2: Oh, come on. I’m speaking a little bit on the phone,
it’s okay. I’m a good secretary.
Actor 1: It’s not okay, and – what is this?
(Dana puts on mascara)
Actor 2: What? A little mascara.
Actor 1: What, mascara now?!
Actor 2: It’s okay, Shoshana, a little mascara is okay. I am a
good worker.
Phone rings
Actor 2: There is a phone (call), Shoshana.
Actor 1: Sometimes I don’t know who the boss is here – me or
