Daniel: Hello, Dr. Arad.
Dr. Arad: Hello to you. Sit (f), please, how are you?
Daniel: Terrible. I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea for two

days already.
Dr. Arad: Is it possible that you ate something that was not fresh or

spoiled?
Daniel: I don’t think so. I ate at home as usual.
Dr. Arad: There’s a virus now that causes diarrhea and vomiting.

Many people are suffering from it lately.
Daniel: What can I do?
Dr. Arad: Medication, a lot of drinking and rest.
Daniel: What are you prescribing me?
Dr. Arad: Pills for diarrhea. Take one pill twice a day. Do you also

suffer from nausea?
Daniel: Yes, mainly in the evening.
Dr. Arad: I'm giving you pills for nausea. Take them as needed. Only

when you need them, but not more than 3 times a day.
Daniel: I didn’t work for the last 2 days. Can you give me a

doctor’s note?
Dr. Arad: yes. I’m giving you a note for 3 days. Rest at home, drink

a lot and eat only light food. Not vegetables and not fruit.
A lot of rice.
