Jackie Kennedy Speaks Hebrew
Natalie Portman likes working hard. She’ll play Jackie Kennedy, President
Kennedy’s wife, in a new movie. Even (those) who didn’t like the movie
thought that Portman did a very good job. Natalie Portman was born in
Israel and speaks Hebrew well. We saw her this week online when she
tried teaching Hebrew slang to Americans like “chaval al hazman” and
“lizrom”. When Natalie received her first Oscar she was pregnant with her
son Alef, named after the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Now she’s
pregnant again and who knows – maybe it will give her luck.
